This filler arc was so fillerish that Kon said that they will win because of the power of friendship.
also, finally, the voice actors stopped talking to themselves.

yeah, idk why but filler seems a bit different than the main line, that odd factor as if it is written by different person. However some details in filler are worth noting for the main.

Filler episodes/arcs can never affect the canon plot.
some wording in Naruto Shippuden was changed due to filler arcs, but thats about it.
